Skill: We are looking for an experienced, self-starting, aggressive technical recruiter for our new Bay Area location.
Qualified candidates should have the ability to identify quality job orders and identify quality candidates.
-Should have good communication skills and should be a team player
-Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools
-Evaluate candidates strengths compared with clients requirements by, evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate.
-Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.

Experience: -Experience in technical recruiting experience is required
-Experienced in using job boards, and other sources and cold calling to hunt for passive candidates
-Thorough understanding of W2, corp to corp, 1099 engagements
-Complete necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks and background/drug tests.
