Job Duties: Create test plans and perform manual and automation testing to cover various types of performance testing such as Load, stress, and end-to-end testing ensure system reliability, scalability and capacity. Develop automation frameworks to automate performance testing process, to analyze the performance of the application under various workloads using Java, Rest APIs, XML/JSON. Automate test cases to analyze performance issues and identify memory utilization, thread counts and throughput for applications. Correlate test results analyzed and aggregate the statistics to get the most used request and analyze the response time to improve the performance of the application. Analyze the issue and tracking the bug using the tools like JIRA and report to the developers. Identify application bottlenecks like memory leaks, evaluate memory consumption etc. using JProfiler, DynaTrace Application Monitoring tools. Evaluate trends in IT performance metrics. Design, monitor and analyze performance metrics program for quality improvement initiatives and Scale up the validations and performance of the Test Framework. Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to team on QA methodologies and processes, educates them on their responsibilities/accountabilities for the purpose of achieving on-time and quality deliverables. Participate in developing and documenting use cases, including testing estimates and validation tests. Certify software functionality for new Production. Work alongside software development teams utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies and Partner with Agile Release planning for new functionalities. Liaise with business teams like Dev, functional team, Signed off on test deliverables.
Job Requirements: Required Bachelors or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, Engineering (Any), or any related field. Requires 5 years of experience in the job offered, Software Engineer, Consultant, Programmer Analyst, Technical Lead, or related. Must be able to travel/relocate to various client sites throughout the U.S.
