Skill: - At least 3 years of enterprise IT support experience (preferably phone support) - Proficient in supporting Windows OS, Microsoft Suites such as Outlook email, VPN, etc.. - Knowledge on Mac OS and Casper is a plus - Great customer service - Additional job responsibilities assigned by manager
Experience: Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. May require an associate's degree and 3-5 years of experience.
Education: Bachelor's Degree and 5 yrs. of experience or Master’s Degree with 3 yrs. Of experience in Computer Science.
