Job TITLE: Technical Channel Project Manager

Location: Santa Clara/ NY / Austin

Term: Full Time

Skill: • Work closely with channel partners to understand the customer needs, customer’s existing system landscape, Documenting the findings • Coordinating with engineering organization • Provide architecture introduction of solution to prospects • Engage in technical discussions with prospects, channel partners • Overseeing solution implementation working closely with channel partners • Develop and manager schedules for engagements • Facilitate interactions and resolutions of issues to un-block development team • Oversee and track dependencies of implementations, provide regular reports to management • Identify and support implementation of process improvements • Establish relationships within channel partner organizations

Experience: • Overall 8+ years of industry experience • 3+ years of Prior programming experience preferably in mobile application and platform service development • 4+ years of consulting, lead project/program management experience • Must have technical experience (this is not pure project management role) • Excellent technical documentation and communications skills including presentation to prospects, channels partners • Ability and willingness to travel at customer locations within US and occasionally international • Analytical and process oriented • Experienced working with software development teams • Experienced running multiple simultaneous projects • Be the first to notice risks and issues as they arise and elevate them to management • Courage to be a voice of reason and authority, and make the tough calls • Creative problem-solving skills related to team, project deliverables, and cross-functional issues • Ability and desire to learn new areas as a solution evolves over period of time • Must be productive in working remotely with various teams

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is a must
